For a friend or for yourself, buying an e-gift card gives the best gift of all - choice. At City Beach choose from a massive range of styles from over 300 brands. Shop online or at one of 60+ stores Australia wide. Click here to find your nearest store.

This Gift Card may take up to 72 hours to activate and deliver to the specified email address. Valid for 3 years.

Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are: redeemable for merchandise or services at all City Beach stores and/or online; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payments of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue; Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Are partially redeemable.

It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

When purchasing gift cards online, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Any gift cards/certificates not delivered due to a purchaser’s error, will not be replaced or refunded.

Once the card is credited and in your possession, you are liable for all transactions on your City Beach gift card. Shipping costs apply to physical gift cards purchased via our online store. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions will be on www.citybeach.com.au.
